IBM MaaS360 App Reviews

101 add

Folders

Half the time you try to move emails to a folder, it either crashes or will freeze. Please update the app.

Worst support ever

Maas360 is a terrible MDM with even worse support. My company has been dealing with an SMB issue for over a month. Product development wont do anything, first tier support doesnt know the product. No one has reached out via telephone to discuss. Air watch will be coming.

Save yourself

The app wouldnt work with ISO 10 once I updated my phone. Ive been trying to delete for days and it wont go, yet I cant even open it to use it. Update the app or let people actually delete it. Its causing me to be in violation at work because the app has reported Ive deleted it, but as I stated on my phone it wont actually delete! Its all so frustrating and Im beyond annoyed.

Would like better iOS 10 Widget

I wish the calendar widget could show more of a summary of today/tomorrow, rather than just the next 2 hours. I dont have many events at 11pm, but Id love to see whats on the docket tomorrow!

No stars ever

Boooooooooooooooooi

Needs work!

Good concept and good MDM. However, notifications do not work consistently in iOS 10 and many times emails do not come in until I open the app.

Cant view appointments in Apple Watch

Nuff-said.

Terrible trashy app

Dont download it! This app only shows most recent emails and impossible to remove when you dont need it.

iwatch problems

Cannot synchronize MAAS360 calendar with my iwatch

Terrible

Slow. Notifications dont work. Message indicator doesnt update. No syncing with smart watches. Terrible!!!

Ouch

My company switched to Maas 360 from Good in 2015 and both have been less than adequate. The app now freezes most of the time and is arguably unusable.

Avoid if you can

Very frustrating having to use this suite of applications. They isolate communications from the ecosystem of applications on the phone. They overall reduce productivity and make the device less useful. The applications are not stable enough for a communications platform. They infect application with non value added "MaaS360" character strings to contact entries and messaging alerts. The features do not operate reliably. They are an overall tax on he productivity of an institution. Whatever solution it is supposed to provide it comes at a huge cost to productivity, reliability, and functionality.

LACKS TOUCH ID INTEGRATION

No one enjoys typing a password to get into this app and almost everyone makes their password "qwerty1" so why dont you guys do something sensible and integrate with the Touch ID api already?

Maas360

May be the worst app ever created for iOS platform. Unreliable to attempt being positive. Required to use for work. Convinced there are way more negatives than positives.

Id give it zero stars if I could

Im forced to use this application by my company. It is the most horrible app ever. Crashes constantly, email is impossibly clunky to use, and worst of all, it does not sync/export calendar with the iOS calendar. This alone makes it worthless. Im thinking about just deleting it and never checking work email remotely because its more aggravation than it is useful. It is the worst piece of junk ever. I hope your company is smart and doesnt use it.

Works just fine

I have just begun using this per an employer mandate, but so far I cant seem to understand all of the negative reviews. While it lacks TouchID integration, the important functions are there and seem to be working just fine. Overall, the design is on par with other corporate email clients such as Good for Enterprise and so far its keeping everything synced nicely.

Needs a lot of work

No Touch ID integration. Not integrated with Siri or with the calendar, so Siri cant tell me whats upcoming on my schedule. Good idea for enterprise security, but limits functionality I had before company moved to this.

Absolutely Horrible

I am forced to use this app for work email and it crashes, doesnt sync and Ive had to uninstall/reinstall the app multiple times to get it to work. I currently cant even get to my email for some unknown reason, so the app itself is worthless.

Notifications?!!?!

Still no iOS notifications?! This would seem to be a basic function for a email app on any iOS device. If you can make calendar notifications work...you should be able to get mail to work.

No sound notification for incoming emails

There is no sound notification when a new email is received and unread. This seems like a basic function for an email app/program to have. Hopefully a fix for this is coming soon. Having to constantly check the app for new emails and relying on the badge app icon to update is quite time consuming
